One sim is the Fairytales area that has become a popular area. The other sim has a shopping area and a ballet studio. There is a wonderful theater that straddles the sims with the audience on one sim and the performers on the other. All items will be left on the sims. The price? Free! You only need to pay the transfer fee to keep them as grandfather status - $US 1200. Tier dates are 20th and 28th. IM me for more information.
