Shadows looking glitched when snapping photos

Hi.I've had this issue for a while.Basically,here's a screenshot of how I see my screen,and below a snapshot of how my photos turn out when saving on disk!

Please let me know if you have any advice for me.

*Field of View was not enabled,what you're seeing behind is just a backdrop*

How my snapshot ends up when saved on disk:

If the second picture is how it looks on disk then what you see is completely broken because apparently you dont see shadows at all. The third picture shows the tiling issue that has been plagueing the LL Viewer and Firestorm for several months now, no fix other than updating to the very latest version and hoping that its the version that includes the fix for it.

I doubt. Since it can obviously render shadows into your pictures.

You might want to turn off Advanced Lighting Model and turn it on again to see if that fixes the shadows not appearing, make sure Shadows are also enabled.
