Seeking good Host for 6p-10p Event for Friday 2/28 1000L + tips

Hello, I have a Victorian Gothic castle that has weekly events usually on Friday eves. Our normal host for this Friday has a RL commitment and can't make it. We are looking for a fill in for our back to back events. The first shift will be with me DJing 6-8 for a Nightmarish Nightmares (best fantasy outfit or avie) w/ 2500L on the board and then 8-10 for best topless outfit for another 2500L with DJ Tropic, SL's #1 voted best Gothic, Industrial DJ.

We are looking for a properly SKILLED host to fill in. You will be expected to greet all guests, keep local chat active with conversation with the guests (NOT spamming gestures every 10 sec), run the contest board and answer guest questions/hand out tags. We need someone experienced, friendly and able to handle issues quick on their feet. We need someone who excels at being macro-managed NOT micro-managed.

We are paying 1000L bonus plus 100% tips for doing both shifts (4hrs). If you are only able to do one shift (2hrs) then the bonus will be 500L plus 100% tips. Myself and DJ Tropic have enough of a following where our hosts walks away with at least 500L (that is on a bad night) in tips per event.
