is this a dramatic low period as about Mainland Rentals?
lately I ve seen old school landlords closing...
and I have to admit, I will downgrade my self a full sim this month!!
Yes, the region prices have been lower a lot, but still mainland is a bit cheaper..
Maybe that bit isnt enough to keep the glory of the mainland where it was!
We will have to admit , it will end up an empty place or full of people who stragling to manage to pay 1 weeks rent.. at parcels smaller than 2048m
