Tattoo seams showing on arm tattoo

Hi there i am trying to make a arm tattoo for my avatar .. using the Robin Wood uv templates .. i have my tattoo and looks ok but there is a line/seam going all the way down the arms where the inner and outer arm joins how can i resolve this problem so it dont show

It would help if you showed some pictures and explain how exactly are you doing it and the tools you are using.
