Traffic not updating

For almost a week, the traffic numbers on some sims have not been updating.  They are frozen.  It is unclear how widespread this issue is since normally when this happens there is considerable discussion here on the forums.  There is a thread started in general discussion, but only a few have commented  https://community.secondlife.com/forums/topic/449385-traffic-numbers-not-changing-anybody-know-whats-up-with-that. Support tickets have been filed and a JIRA created.  However, there has been no response from LL.  It's unclear how to get LL's attention to fix the issue since all the correct methods have been tried.  So, I'm trying here.  If others are experiencing this, here's the JIRA so that you can vote/comment: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-228205

LL are aware of the problem because they already imported this bug report: BUG-228204 - Search not updating traffic count
