Some of them can be done on Windows using the Alt key combined with numbers. Hold the Alt key and type 0153 to get the Trademark symbol: ™ Registered is Alt and 0174: ® Copyright is Alt and 0169: © I've never seen the 'SM' before and can't find it on the chart - so either I'm just not seeing it or it is Mac specific. Also, the numbers must be entered using the Numeric Keypad - not the numbers at the top of the keyboard. The ℗ is "Publish Mark" - basically "Copyright" that applies to sound.
