Let me tell you a little bit about myself I have A great ear for talent I feel I would make a great A&R because I'm really good at telling what's great musical talent. I am very easy to get along with and work well with artists. and I know the difference between a great musician and a horrible musician, meaning I will not bring a bad artist to your label. You can expect me to bring real talented musicians to your label not just what's marketable and sellable.
