How can I get a refund for a Premium Account that was unlawfully charged to my card?

Question

I put in my CC information yesterday I believe and was automatically charged for a Premium Membership. I did not ask to be a premium member nor do I want to be one. I simply wanted to be able to purchase L$. Can I please get downgraded back to Basic and get my $9.95 back before I have to take futher action?
