Trying to figure out what is a picture url for destination

Do you mean you are wanting to submit a place for consideration for inclusion in the Destinations Guide?

They do ask for an "image URL".  What they mean is, they want a URL link to a picture that you want to use for the Destination.  How do you give an image a URL?  There are many ways, but one fairly easy one is to take a photo in world, save it to your hard drive, and then upload it to a screenshot sharing site like Gyazo.
