Payment info on file

Hello all, I added paypal to my account under billing information. Now iam able to access gaming regions but not able to enter sims which need Payment info on file under their settings. What should I do ? Thank you!

That should happen automatically.  If not, then it may be that you actually need to show "Payment Information Used" in order to have access.  That's true if you want to get a payout in Linden Realms, for example.  If that's the case, you will need to make at least one L$ purchase in the LindeX in order to activate your payment method.

Otherwise, submit a support case and ask Linden Lab for help.

Yup.  That's a little over L$500.  Because there's a flat fee on any L$ purchase, no matter how large, it generally makes sense to buy L$ in larger amounts than to buy a few L$ here and there.  If all you want to do right now is activate the account, though, all you need to do is buy the minimum.
