Land restriction issues.

Ok i'm a estate manager for a friend of mine. On my parcel (1/4 of a sim) I have a large space which is public. I subdivided that space into a parcel i wish to make private. I set it to allow only group members in however even non group members can still walk in. I don't know if it is a whole estate issue, my parcel or what. But as i am trying to rent the private spot out i would like it to keep random visitors from dropping in unannounced. If there is any information i missed or any hat is needed ill be happy to provide thank you for assisting me.

check if you only have the group access on, or also public/anyone can visit .. both enabled can have some unexpected things to happen.
Also check estate rights.

How I did my land was divided it into 2 parcels, one parcel was for public access and the other was secured for our home.  I also set it so people couldn't interact with us when we were on our parcel.  I also set a security orb which controls the whole parcel.  The other public parcel, I just use the blacklist if I have to.
