That’s a BOM thing - when you use an old skin that has the nails painted onto the skin (normal in pre-mesh skins).

You can solve it by buying a new skin or getting a “glove”  or tattoo layer that matches or can be tinted to match your skin to cover the old nails. A quick marketplace search should help you find one.

You can also use the other body in the pack, that is for appliers. But then you do not have BoM, so it is not possible to have both options in the Slink bodies. It is one or another.

This fit very many skintones, not just Izzie's skin. You can choose a lighter tone of these tones and tint them. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Izzies-BOM-Hands-Feet-Fix-for-Izzies-skintones/18404926

And this is another. You can take both and see what suits you best. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Sweets-Free-Bake-on-Mesh-Quick-Nail-Cover-Fix/18140945

...and you can turn off the Slink nails... That leaves you with just the nails painted into the skin.

There is also a tattoo by Slink for older skins that have the old classic style painted on fingers, toes, and nails. The tat fixes/hides the problem. I think there are some versions of it in the Slink package or at the store.

With toes you can wear stockings and use Slink's opaque stocking toe (in HUD) to hide old-skin-problems.

Check the skin creator's store, many of them have released BOM-compatible tattoos that fix the fingers and toes of their system skins (both the skin brands I checked the other day had them for all of their skin tones - for free). If not, there are tintable ones available at various stores (Izzie's also has one for free).
