How do you regain access to your account if you lost the email adress you have in the profile?

 

My friend forgot her password and she had an email on my domain which I lost last year in december.  Now she cannot recover her password. How can she contact the Lindens so she can update the email adress in her account info ??  They don't seem to answer phonecalls or emails.

On the left side of your dashboard in the Account section, you will see "Contact information" that is where you can change your email address.
