Tilia Process credit.

Greetings,

 

I wonder what makes Tilia take this long to send the money to Paypal, knowing that I sent the money on the 16 january 2020 , and I'm still waiting for the time to come up with the cash ... Supposedly, the maximum limit as shown on the Tilia page is five days ... All the required information was obtained and there is no problem in terms of my private information.

Still a valid question though. Weren't we promised 1 to 2 days as normal and anything longer as unusual? 

Mine normally takes a day, and I would be annoyed if it took much longer -  our fees were increased on that promise.
