Yes you do. Best thing to do is to log in to your Dashboard and copy paste the transaction details for that item from your Transactions History into a new Notecard. Explain what happened and ask for redelivery. Rename the notecard 'Pipo Aho - Shape not delivered' and send to the seller. Most sellers will be quite happy to do this. This applies whether you bought inworld or on Marketplace. If on Marketplace and the seller does not respond you can then submit a ticket.

Your Transactions History will show who you paid and that is the person you send the Notecard to unless if bought inworld, the shop owner makes it clear via a notice in the shop or on his/her profile that you should contact someone else, such as a shop manager.
