Could you please be more specific? Do you mean you crashed when the item was delivered? Objects bought on the MP are delivered within 8 hours maximum.

If you don't receive your item, you must contact the merchant sending him a notecard explaining your problem with the date and number of your transaction (it is in your transaction history in your markeplace account) and ask for re-delivery. All merchants are used to this problem and you will have no problem getting a new copy of your item.
