You take two words from the previous person's four, then add two of your own and try to say something that makes sense. If someone makes a mistake, say by posting five words, it's fine to point this out. If you're feeling clever, try to fix mistakes, otherwise just carry on from the last correct posting. That all sounds much more complicated than it is. Gifs are fine if they add something but just use common sense, and don't do anything that will make the mods shut down the topic, or I'll be sad.
