How do you transfer  Photos from my PC to S L so I can share them with my friends  😎

Same in the standard SL viewer:  Build >>> Upload >>> Image.  Each image will cost you L$10 to upload.

Note that the largest image you can upload is 1024 x1024 pixels.  If your image is larger, it will be automatically re-sized.  SL's re-sizing algorithm isn't very good, so it's best to re-size images yourself before you upload them.  SL prefers dimensions that are a power of two...128, 256, 512, or 1024 pixels.  Crop and size things to fit these dimensions for best results.

You can also upload to Flickr or Gyazo or other locations and then point your friends there.  They can then download to their PCs whichever ones they want.  Nobody pays any upload fees that way and you aren't limited in your sizing.
