Changes to Personal Information [Questions]

Hello

Following a embezzlement on my account it was blocked by Linden Lab for security and it is normal,

so I made a ticket for the recovered and I had a lot of trouble because my avatar at 9 years old and like a lot at creation

from the account I enter information either which one changed (email address, physical address etc.)

the answer to a secret question is no longer good and yet i am sure etc ...

it was therefore very difficult for me to prove my good time but nevertheless they decided to return it to me after much trouble

security side hat I find that they are very responsive so congratulations for this.

My question is how to modify my personal information (update) I cannot find any link?

on the forums everyone lends itself to saying that to do this you have to give answers precisely on the previous information which is visibly false in my case !!!

have you ever had this problem?

how to proceed ?

I would like to have a solution.
