Probably you guys "not again other person have question Tilia" 

I spend 3 month to try figure how hell can I send my Tilia $110 USD to my paypal then bank account. I tried search for all 3 month after process takes 5 days. then... where is button to send paypal? I'm still wait.

I think I'll shut down my shop and stop selling if it's impossible to get $ out tilia... It say it have all info it need for tilia. That's great...

Tilia sucks! I miss old day i remember many year ago. simple process to get money out.

Hey there David981992!

You can find information on how to make a Process Credit Request with the funds in your USD Wallet here:

You'll want to make sure that you have selected a Paypal or Skrill account as your payout method for your Process Credit Requests to be sent to. This can all be access by logging into your account on the Second Life website.

From there you should be able to make a Process Credit Request to your desired Paypal or Skrill account.

If you experience any issues making a Process Credit Request, you are more than welcome to contact our Billing team by submitting a Support Case:

I tried add paypal to my secondlife info. it wont let me because of bank is not verified. So I went to paypal to try get link my bank to paypal. It keep fail to contacted because I don't have cell phone. It keep asking for code that they send to phone number which is my line phone not cell phone. I never have any cell phone in whole my life. And not plan to get one.

I don't know what else to do

You need to contact PAYPAL, who MAY be willing to call you on your land line ---  or more likely have a friend WITH a cell phone get the information (text message I am guessing) to you.   Unfortunately this is becoming the norm.   If you have a credit card you can try adding THAT to your SL account and not go through Paypal. Only some credit cards work though.   Good luck.

It could be that the method differs from country to country but I never needed a cell phone to verify my bank account with paypal. I have done so recently (a month ago). You choose to verify your bank account on the paypal website, They transfer 2 small amounts (under 1 dollar) to your paypal account. You have to enter both amounts on the website to verify your bank account.

Maybe it is different country to country.  I changed my bank account days before Christmas and when I changed the details on paypal this last week I got a text and a code to put into paypal from the £0.01 they took from the bank.  Now the new account is verified.  UK here.

Pulling money out of SL cannot go to a credit card though - it must go to PayPal.  The credit card only works for putting money in, not taking out.

 

It used to be that you could get PayPal verified by adding a credit card, without adding a bank account, but I think that option went away and that it must be a bank account these days.

From the comment I was replying to it wasn't clear (to me anyway) that this was about putting info into Tilia to cash out USD balance.   I read it as not being able to add Paypal for use as PAYMENT -- like tier or premium. 

 

I sent the questioner info on how to get text messages without a cell phone.  I had this same issue (nothing to do with SL) just last week, so the "'call your cell" appears to be the new authentication method  flavor of the month (year- decade :D).
