What is a regions Parcel?

Yes, the Alaska, and a few other regions have issues when I enter them, why hasn't this been fixed? I read where it was being taken care of at the Linden Labs....And the Update is in my Pheonix homepage...On the right hand side at the bottom of the window.....Thank you for your time.....

If you have a problem specific to the Phoenix Viewer, you should join the Phoenix Viewer Support group inwolrd and ask in there.

LL fix bugs on the LL viewer, so you need to be having the problem on the official viewer.

A region = A sim

A Parcel = A section of a sim that has been cut as a separate plot.
