Inventory failures

So now the inventory system fails once in a while. Attachments cause a system error message saying that the attempt to rezz an object fails... And of course items do not attach. This has been happening since a couple days ago.

[EDIT] Moving to another region and changing to another outfit seems to work.

assets are cdn/aws based now, so it's got to be a hangup with how they are sent to the simulator themselves.   Only seen it a few times and it's been regions that are not other channel, but main channel.

Yep, so far it only happened to me in main channel regions. And yes, it only occurred a few times and just in the last couple days. Still, it's a symptom that something is not right

I've been experiencing similar issues. Not surprised to find that inventory is stored on the crap show that is AWS considering most the internet is now powered by AWS. The great failure in having over 40% of the internet on one hosting provider like AWS is that even though it's in the cloud it's still become a central point of failure.
