Some sims down in strange ways.

I'd appreciate someone else trying these and reporting back.

Sandbox Amoena - can't enter the region. Message "Failed to grant capabilities". Ticket submitted.

Seylar - can sometimes enter, sometimes not. Helicopters failing for days. Sometimes can't TP home from there. It's an all-water sim west of Zindra.

Yep, Skegemog and Sandbox Amoena are both giving me "Failed to grant capabilities"

Seylar is very strange. It let me in and scripts do run there, but it can take a very long time to even open a script and almost the entire frame is "Spare Time" in "Sleep Time". It was restarted Tue 2019-12-10 14:03 PST which was 19 days, 11:45 or so ago. Other stuff behaves strangely, too, like searching by name for other regions in the map, and teleporting out to a known destination seems hugely delayed.
