How do I fix avatars showing "baked love" on their skins

I have attached a photo of what a I am seeing.

I'm running Second Life on the Firestorm viewer.  Some of the avatars' skins do not render fully and show this "baked love" as part of their skins.  I've tried to re-render and other steps but cannot resolve the issue.

You need to update your Firestorm to the latest version to see bakes on mesh
