I know it's a long shot and that most heels won't fit him but if there's anyone who has gotten it to work with Jake, or have any suggestions, I'm looking for high heels for Jake.

I already have Cubura heels and a few other high boots I've gotten to sort of work but nothing shorter... I'm also using baked on mesh so when I use shoe shapes it turns my feet black for some reason so it's kind of troublesome if I try to use any kind of heels with open feet.  Any help?

edit

in addition to the suggestions in this thread, is there any way I could use slink feet? i don't know ANYTHING about that but I saw it has an option for 'slink fit' in the body HUD. would I then be able to wear high heel if I used those feet?

When I was still using my Signature Gianni and Geralt bodies, the only type of heels I could get to work were either ankle boots, or the old fashioned type of shoes with sculpty feet built into them.  Either way they will need to be modifiable, or have a resizer script built in, as you will have to make them much bigger. You'll need a shoe that works when you alpha out your entire feet because Jake doesn't have a "high feet" option like female bodies do. It is impossible to wear shoes rigged for a female body, on a male one. Shoe-shapers on a mesh body affect only your hover height, they don't change the angle of your foot like they do on a Classic body.

My favourite store for such footwear is Vlad Blackburns, because everything there is old-school, unrigged and super-modifiable, and they are also very cheap, so if you can't get something to work, you haven't lost a lot of money over it.

With your feet alpha-ed out completely, it won't matter what colour the shoe-shapers are, but for reference, if they are modifiable, you can edit them and change the texture to transparent. Or you can change it to a tone that matches your feet, to hide the manky toenails you get with bakes-on-mesh.

Ultimately though, this is one of the issues that got me switched over to a female body instead. Maitreya plus V-Tech plus a male skin plus a shape that's as bulky as you can get with Maitreya, is the option that worked best for me.

You could try RIOT's Trixie socks:

RIOT / Trixie Men's Socks @ Shoetopia

The issue here, however, is that your feet will look tiny. Perhaps we'll one day get something like this with a fit for the female TMP Legacy feet, as those feet are resizable - meaning you could jack the size up to mitigate the issue with things looking out of proportion.

Yeah I wasn't keen on those. You can't wear socks with a ball-gown at a formal dance!
