Hello.. I gifted 2 items to a person but I spelled his name incorrect and I delivered them to another person.. and I was wondering if I can get a refund or something..Thank you

Nope.  But you can do two things.

1.  Send a very polite notecard and/or IM to the person you sent the things to by mistake.  IF they are No Copy items, AND they are a very nice person, they might send them to you.

2.  Send a very polite notecard and/or IM to the seller of the item.  Include the transaction details from your Marketplace transaction history, and the exact user name of the person you meant the gift for.  IF they are feeling very generous, they MIGHT send another gift to the correct person.

Nobody is obligated to do these things, but you might get lucky.  Grovel a lot!
