I really don't think you have to worry.  Check the USD balance in your account now.

When you place an order for L$ on the LindeX, Linden Lab charges your payment method and places the amount of your purchase in a temporary escrow state, pending completion of the sale.  If the sale is completed, you get the L$ that you ordered.  If the sale is canceled the money is transferred instead to the USD balance in your account.

thankyou for your answer.  i now figured out what happened was with an alternative account and not this account.  i got it figured out.  lindens were not received and payment was cancelled.  sorry for making fool of myself here
