The "medium tan", dark hair, dark eyebrows, stubble beard 25'ish man is a dime a dozen in SL. It is endless variations of the same theme in every store that sell male avatar components. The image has a decent generic "SL male look". Pretty, totally fine looking, he has shopped well and spent some thousand §L, but no head turner for me.

Only think that stand out a bit is the plump lower lip. It is very nice and pouty. So +1 for that.

Naah. I don't like his hair (ironically, considering his face is on a hair ad). This guy doesn't stand out from tens of thousands of other guys in SL. I prefer ones who look a bit different.
