Sold Land but billing still shows amount to be billed

My next mainland tier payment would be 12/14/19.  I sold that land today and updated my land use fee page.  I DON'T own land anymore, but it's still showing that I will be billed $13 on the 12/14! How do I stop this from happening?

You pay on the amount of land that you owned LAST MONTH so you will have one more month to pay. It has worked that way --- well I think forever.  But a long time.
