I just got a premium account and wondering if there's a way to get one of the new homes, i checked all around the premium page and didn't see anything talking about the new houses.

Check for the Land Forums - Linden Homes..  Lots of advice there on how to get your new home.  Be aware demand is high but new ones being added all the time
