Looking For A Tattoo Designer To Help

Not sure if this belongs in general discussion, I am looking for someone to create me a barb wire thigh/leg tattoo for NiraMyth Aesthetic body for men. Yeah lol, I could probably do this myself as I got my own small tattoo stores, but I don't got the programs anymore, and am looking for someone who can create a upper left thigh tattoo with barb wire stretching around the leg thigh. Willing to pay good money if anyone knows anyone who can help, or if you can help.
