So I am rather new to Sl and whilst I know about stuff like meshes, editing my shapes and how to build an up to date char. Finding parts for it is actually where I struggle for one reason and mostly that reason only.
I'd like a female av with abs, easy to find if you know the shops, but I want an AV which is capable of being menacingly tall, with my current AV being the tallest I have at 215cm total height with Shape adjustments to the max.

Anybody know a female body capable of something close to 240-250? Maybe even more?
Or maybe any general tips, please let me know. I appreciate the help :D

Abs will usually be defined through a skin that combined a good texture with materials.

I believe you can find this at BOTH "Pink Fuel" and "It Girls" - as options on their skins.

The problem with any tall avatar is that the SL skeleton was very badly made - the arms at length '90-100' are just BARELY long enough for a person who is 5'6" (168cm).
- the taller you go the more your arms will 'T-rex' (look tiny compared to your body). With very careful stretching of the right dials you can avoid this, to a point...

But you want between 7'9" - 8'2"... beyond normal human height. You simply will not find anything that achieves this without deformed arms. Even though yes... that height is actually common among less skilled users... it is also why so many people in SL do in fact have T-Rex arms, tiny hands, etc...

But you can try to get as good as you can - the choice of mesh body won't impact that, they will all share the flaws they're stuck with due to the base SL skeleton.

You 'might' find a solution in assorted 'monster' bodies - but those are not likely to be very customizable and very unlikely to look human or feminine. Those sorts of avatars are usually found in roleplay or joke/gag venues/shops - and they tend to have a locked in look and not respond to shape dials.

Violet Studios used to sell a "giant" female avatar. It was located in their "Fusion" body section, but it was not a Fusion body so none of the Fusion accessories or clothing would fit it. I did not remember VS actually selling any clothing that would fit it so I am unsure how it would be clothed.

I have not visited Violet Studios inworld store in over a year so I do not know if they still have this giant-ess available.

I have the Pink Fuel one and while there is a more toned version, it probably isn't as muscular as the OP is looking for. It's more "amateur gymnast" than "bodybuilder".

I don't know if they still exist but there used to be a skinmaker called Cocoa & Wolf, who made very muscular skins for women. Classic only, so even if they are still around, you will need a body that's omega-compatible in order to use them via Bakes on Mesh.

For a body that size, you very likely will have to get something specialist, since it will also require a deformer to get the avatar taller than is normally possible. And the trouble with specialist bodies like this is that no-one except the original creator will make clothes for them. So if you are lucky you might get a bikini and thats it, unless you're able to make your own.

If I was trying to build an avatar like this, I would be inclined to try putting a muscular female skin on a muscular male mesh body (Signature Gianni or Belleza Jake), and use one of Catwa's unisex heads (with a feminine face and a male body neck fit). Of course that would mean a nearly-flat chest, but that matches the appearance of most female bodybuilders anyway. The main flaw here wil be nipple position, which will be too high if you put a female skin on a mesh body.

While a skin is the best bet there is another option, It might be a bit extreme and too "female body builder" but there's the Amasonia body from Sking https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/SKING-BOM-Amasonia-20-DEMO/18502583 i'm sure there's another similar body too but i can't for the life of me remember the name of it

If the body is actually Baked on Mesh then it does not need to be omega-compatible.  The skin will work just like it does on the system body.  Some bodies are using Omega to simulate BoM until they truly update but that's not actually BoM.  I'm using the Ruth  Too BoM body for sailing since it's much lower LI and other system resources uses.  It is not omega at all but works fine with system layers.

Session has a very good toned applier - the abs are really defined on it. I'd think if you found a shape that has the bulk you seek combined with that applier you might get the body you are seeking. Or not but it's worth getting a demo from them. Their appliers are extremely good. They do have Omega body appliers or Maiitreya.

True enough, but the only current female bodies that are BOM out-of-the-box are normal-sized, not "giant". Anything out-of-the-ordinary or specialist will almost certainly not be BOM-ready and so will need Omega in order to use it.

It was Coca & Wolf. I have some of their add-ons before mesh avatars. Layer for bloody tears. They had very mucular bodies.

It is still a store named Coca & Wolf, but their skins look too pretty. The demo illustaration show some abs. Maybe it is just in my head, but I imagine the OP want She-Hulk, not pretty woman who won fitness queen title.

This should fit for She-Hulk: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/MD-Dream-Girl-Full-Flex-Mesh-BodyDEMO/16283265

This is less She-Hulk and more Warrior: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/dev-Fitness-Nana-Bento-Mesh-Body/11282429

The ad for the last one is actually very natural compared to the edited shapes of it I've seen.

Try a demo for the extreme height booster. According to the reviews, it works for other mesh avatars than Aesthetic. It has a demo, so why not try. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Aesthetic-Extreme-Height-Boosters/15747215?page=2
