Allegria Melody Posted May 13, 2011 Share Posted May 13, 2011 Everything else meets or exceeds recommended requirements. But graphics card is ATY, RadeonX1600. Any way to fix this? The minimum drivers have much higher numbers. I downloaded Version 2 of the viewer, and it will not finish the log in. It even locks my screen and requires a hard restart. Thanks. Paladin Pinion Posted May 13, 2011 Share Posted May 13, 2011 SL is pretty demanding on graphics cards, and viewer 2 has introduced some features that require even more from the card. It sounds like you are out of luck with viewer 2, but if viewer 1 still runs for you, you can stick with that. You may also be able to replace your video card with a newer one, but be careful to check compatibility before you do that. I'm not sure older Macs can use the newer high-powered cards.
