Question

Hello,i found some items on marketplace that i am interested to buy ,question is if thiese items are legal or not? ,presumed that if they are listed in marketplace sould be legal otherwise is a trap for those who use them.Thiese is just a few of them and they have one thing in common, like pay per play raffle, but marketplace is full of them.Is it legal or illegal to use them on your land?

Raffles are a gray area.  Anything that 1) requires an entry fee, 2) relies primarily on random chance to determine a winner, and 3) awards something of value could be deemed "gambling" under LL's policy.  While it might not be illegal to SELL the games, it may very well be illegal to USE them.

For example, I have some fun games in my (non-Gaming) region.  They are not games of chance, but games that determine a winner by the winner's skill.  They can be set up to require an entry fee and to award cash prizes.  It's perfectly within the Terms of Service and LL policy for me to use these games, on my non-Gaming region, as long as I comply with the rules.  I can put money in them and arrange for them to award prizes to the winner...as long as they remain free to play.  Or, I can charge a fee for users, and NOT award any prizes.  As long as I do not BOTH require an entry fee AND award cash prizes, I'm fine.  The moment that I do, though, I'm in violation of LL's Skill Gaming policy.
