Sophe Gellner
Hey, I logged in today, and can't seem to get rid of these lines across the face of a LOGO Chloe Mesh head. (See attached pic) Not sure if its just my Firestorm viewer, or if others see them. Any ideas on why this might be happening? Cheers Sophe
Tazzie Tuque
it looks like some sort of weird artifact .. I would first take off the glasses and see if it goes away.. if not I would remove the make up .. and any tattoos and if it is still there re: apply the skin. Failing that it is any of that.. I would be contacting the creator who made the head.. see what he/she has to say. Edited November 25, 2019 by Tazzie Tuque

The only way to be sure is to try another viewer. If you still see them, try going to another region, on the ground. If you still see them, IM the creator and ask about it. Janet Voxel
What’s your altitude? If you’re in a skybox or high platform, that can happen quite easily.
OptimoMaximo
Are those lines see-through or just black? If they're black, it means the textures haven't fully loaded and the mip level blurs the texture background within the mesh uv shell boundaries. If they're see-through, the head is split in slices and at high altitudes some floating point errors occur so the meshes no longer match. There is a solution for both, but the latter case is in the creator's hands
