Maybe it is a once a year event, like SL Birthday or Burning Man. Maybe it is something you do each time you log in. SL Forums, blogs, Flickr, etc. count too for this thread.

Right now one of my favorite things to do, and it happens rarely, is to have just one glass of wine too many, so that I'm giggly tipsy, and go inworld with my tunes blasting and mess with building or decorating. (Cleaning it up the next day is less fun. :) )  I'm side-eyeing a bottle of red as I type. Sometime this weekend I'll be enjoying myself throwing random prims onto my houseboat and thinking, "YES! Genius!"

I too enjoy tipsy SL sessions... I used to belong to the Get Drunk and Play Second Life group, which was fun.

I enjoy exploring new-to-me sims and taking pictures. I also spend a lot of time on avatar customization.  Sometimes I enjoy listening to live musicians, but I find myself doing that less and less these days due to my limited time in world.

Sounds like we have a lot in common! I never heard of that group but I would have fit right in. :::cheers:::

I like to do the Drivers of SL weekly drive and I especially liked last weeks that implemented railroad. I also like to region-hop and go people-watching once in a while or visit whatever is in the Destination Guide this week. I love to go snapshotting, but tend to forget to do it. Ugh. If I ever get an idea then I love to build things, but I'm not here to try to make money, so it has to be something I'd actually use for myself.

I love to chat with people, but that seems to be turning harder and harder to do as I can be very shy and rarely initiate a conversation. But when I get going I sometimes wonder in hindsight if the other party were secretly wishing I'd just shut up. Hahaha!

My favorite thing in SL was once Roleplaying but that has been now greatly replaced by taking Photos and exploring new photogenic Sims. First thing in my morning is to look at Flickr. After that i check Forums .. this one and others, reading news too. I love to build, mostly some sort of Club ... i tear it all down once it is finished. It's somehow my LEGO Playground. If i would not be so very lazy, i could earn some money with those photos, but MEH!

I am not very chatty and small talk tires me quickly very much out. Soo, i stick usually to the same people .. good friends, with whom i have at times heated discussions .. which can go on for hours. I embrace that very much.

Besides that, i love to go shopping! 😎 I am the fashion scout for 'my girls' and i am regulary checking all those places being worth.

Oh and i love Latin dances. It's horrible for me to sit in a cuddle pose longer than 30 min and i prefer to move my avie *lol*

My favourite thing is to come up with new avatar looks and fantasy costumes. Sometimes they're for specific themed events, sometimes they're just for fun, sometimes just for photos.

I like that too and even if we will never join the event, it's fun to create the look.

I remember you, I don't expect you to remember me. I'll just say Laura, Meadowlands region. :)

It's interesting how our interests all change over time. All the things I mentioned are my current interests, though I had completely different interests before. I guess we all are always evolving in that respect.

Favs...

Shopping and dressing. Taking photos and then playing with them in Photoshop, selfies and places. Flying (Shergood copters) and sailing (I keep looking at motorboats...). Driving is a least favorite, the cars are soooo clunky and hard to steer. I do some GTFO play, mostly copter but a little driving.

Then teasing the boys... and ballroom dancing.

Friends and meeting people. Photography. Dancing (which relates also to friends and people) and music.

A little bit of building, mostly for backdrops for my pics: I used to really enjoy this, and it's nice to have an excuse, in this glorious new era of mesh and Blender, to do it still.

A bit of shopping (too much, really), although that's more as a means to an end: as I've had occasion to say often, I am acquisitive enough to enjoy owning things, but too lazy to really like acquiring them.

Driving my scooter around the mainland and Bellissaria, pretending that I'm pissing off the nice but disapproving suburbanites sitting on their porches (I am president of the local chapter of Hell's Scooters).

I'm sure there are other things . . .

OH! The forums. Duh.

Attending the Fallen Gods Anniversary every year in october - that's a month full of socialising, dressing up and attending fun events for me. I'm usually utterly exhausted afterwards, but very happy. Also attending the Fantasy Faire - so I got spring and fall covered, heh. FF tends to be a little bit more relaxing for me, as it's not as much socializing. (Seriously, you try being an introvert and attend an 12 hour long party and talk to people the whole time!)

Otherwise, my most favorite thing to do in sl - creating outfits/characters. Sometimes it's creating just a new gettup for my main look, sometimes it's a new species, sometimes I create rp-characters and different outfitsfor them, despite knowing I'll never rp with those. I just love it.

My favourite thing is story-telling so I'm always looking for ways to find it or express it.  I have narrated stories and acted, which was fun though exhausting; you can find my performances and hear my increasingly problematic voice if you look hard enough (I've ceased to own a mic as there's no point).

Whenever I'm not actually doing something in particular (which isn't that often because there's always so much to do and learn), people-watching is the winner every time. Let's face it; people-watching is a hoot in RL, but in SL, well, just don't be surprised at what can pass you in the street!

I used to like learning how to landscape, build and decorate, also to customize my avatar and alts.
Also learning how to make jewels.
Now I like to swim, to drive an airship or balloon, to shop in the marketplace for new clothes and furniture, to eat in a restaurant, to fly and lots of other things.

Laura? Oh yes, i remember. Best let them think here it was a woman!!

Evolving is actually good i would say. Sometimes we might evolve because our surroundings have forcefully changed. I am still unsure if it is me or if it is the player base which has evolved during the years. I find it's today not so much about roleplay but more family play and being correct and ... well, nice. So yeah, i evolved to the point that i lost my interest for RP in RP Sims. Today i might be much much more inclined just to have a litte one on one RP, somwhere.

In random order: (1) Relaxing with a few close friends, (2) scripting almost anything, and (3) exploring.  I've never really enjoyed shopping or attending music events, but at various times I have owned in-world shops, spent time on a dance pole, and managed schedules and resources for an in-world group. All were great fun, but I have moved on. I've also learned to be a passable 3D (mesh) modeler and an OK -- if uninspired -- texturer. I spend almost as much time here in the forums as I do in world.

It's a hodge-podge really.

Friends 1st; building 2nd; avatar creation 3rd; shopping 4th; photography 5th.

I'm just getting into scripting but scripting is challenging to say the least but I have had two very nice people offer to help me and have given of themselves more than I could ask for...and I'd like to spend time with them beyond the scripting.  One is a dancer, the other is a live musician in SL.
