Hi @bambam Herbit!

Second Life has a built in health and damage system, but it's optional.  You'll only see your "health" score when you are on land where the owner has enabled the damage option.  When this is the case, you'll find it in the top menu bar; a little heart and a score from 100 to 0, just to the right of the various top level menus.  On land that is NOT damage enabled, you won't see it at all.

Avatar health is not nearly as important in SL as in some other games.  If it goes to zero and you are "killed", you don't lose anything.  You simply get teleported to your Home location.

Maybe you were wearing the avatar that comes with a horse?  If you detached the horse, you'll walk around bow-legged.  Or perhaps you sat on something, and the sit animation didn't turn off when you stood up.

Try going to Me>Health and choose Stop Animations.  Or try re-logging.
