A nice plot too, with a railway cutting behind it.

I'm loving the houses released lately, the large scale geography of a grand and gradual sweep up to the mountains has led to some delightful landscaping.

That is nice, but I feel the need for a little rail at the top so I wouldn't fall off. I like your hobby of finding houses with steps - I had not seen any before this thread on the Linden Homes sims.
