All Viewers Won't Work

I can't log in with any viewer...does anybody know what I can do?  This is the message I get for the SL viewer, and Firestorm and Singularity are the same except for specifying those particular viewers in the latter part of the message:

"The procedure entry point WerAddExcludedApplication could not be located in the dynamic link library C:/Program Fies/SecondLifeViewer/SecondLifeViewer.exe."

I reinstalled Firestorm & the SL viewer.

If it did work before, it's a broken Windows installation and the file WER.DLL is missing.

Thanks for the info.  I restarted my PC and all is well now.  I forgot this is a fix for so many things 

What happened was I downloaded the Firestorm viewer from an opensim place as I wanted to visit it soon, and this corrupted my viewers (both Firestorm and the SL viewer), even when I downloaded the correct viewer from the legitimate websites over and over (both SL and Firestorm).   So glad a reboot fixed it as having to mess with an element missing from Windows would be beyond my capability.

I have the same issue but one reboot is not enough, sometimes the first window when opening Firestorm or any other viewer is freezing again, seems randomly... What is the solution if the W7 update (I had it yersterday and the issue appeared just after) is broken? How to replace this WER.DLL file? Thanks in advance for your help.
