There is no monthly fee if you have the premium membership. If you have other land then yeah it’s going to cost money but people know that already.  Also here is fine. It gets sent to my email so I can see when people respond.

A picture would be good?  I have a 4096 for $3000 that isn't selling. So land isn't going very quickly (actually this is the slowest I have ever seen as I usually sell in a few days at best).  It needs to be special to garner that price tag.

to make your advertising complete you should also add that "its going to cost money if you have other land already" .. now you mention only a part.
