land access control in Firestorm

I have a friend who just got one of the coveted Bellaserius homes, and cannot set access to it in World/Parcel Details/Access, because the buttons are grayed out. He cannot add anyone or ban anyone, and does not know why. He just moved in there, and has set home to there, but cannot use that panel tab. Anyone have a fix for this? I think I had that problem too when I went premium and got  my house, but I can't remember what I did about it. Relog?

He should be able to add individuals to the "blacklist" ban list. In contrast, "whitelist" access restrictions (such as group-only, or only named individuals allowed) are not enabled in Bellisseria similar to many (most?) Estate regions, thus preventing banlines commonly blighting Mainland.

Certain security orbs are permitted on Bellisseria, but only under strict minimum warning times and other restrictions that should be specified in the land Covenant.

If he really can't ban individuals, there's something wrong, and I agree that a relog would make sense as a first step in diagnosing the problem.

Oh, really! Well then he was right, he thought homes in Bellaseria might just not be able to add whitelist members. I'm not in Bellaseria so I can do that. I'll tell him. Thanks.
