First thing you must be fluent in english written and spoken, knowing a secondary or even a 3rd language is a plus.

I am looking for a store manager to manage the store while i work on other things and let me know & collaborate with me on a few things such as:

1. In world store arrangement
2. Product Issues notification (this is rare but happens occasionally)
3. Accepting and declining events
4. Advertising, social Media witty 

Your payment will be % of sales & free clothing. This will be for products you help on.

About me:

I am a commission worker on secondlife most of the time. What does this mean? i make a lot of custom work for other stores and individuals, avatars, accessories, clothing, animations, textures. I am an entire team in one person. But seeing as i do all of that i don't have a lot of time to manage the store/marketplace/events/etc and come up with new ideas for the store.
