Still can't log in

 The log-in issues have been fixed as reported on the status page but I still can't log in trying different viewers.  Thank you for any assistance.

What message do you get when you try to log in?

Have you tried to log into a different location/region rather than last location?

Open the viewer,  do not try to log in but go to HELP - About  and paste all the info in this thread
