I have brought Signature mesh body . I have a problem wearing socks .I have signature male sock applier but it had only script. and Men dress socks applier HUD . Question is how to wear socks ?

you must not unpack the applier, but "add" it
it will appear on your screen, click it, and it will show the socks IF you have the right layers visible.( those you can make visible in your body hud.

Appliers are not items that you wear like mesh clothes, it will add a texture to your body so it looks like you wear socks ... withtout actually wear a object.

Or to put it another way,

1. Right click and Add the socks applier object from your inventory
2. A HUD will appear on your screen
3. Click the HUD to add the socks texture to your mesh feet.  At this point, the operation may work in several ways, depending on the HUD and the body.  You may be asked which clothing layer (Tattoo, underwear, clothing) should be used.  Choose one on which no other layers are in use.  You may see HUD buttons for several different mesh products...different bodies, different third party mesh feet.  Choose the one that matches the feet you're using.
4. You may also need to click a button on your mesh body's main HUD.  For example, my Maitreya HUD has a button for "Use Socks".
