The name is unavailable

I get The name is unavailable while trying to view a friends profile.  This friend uses firestorm I do not.  I have tried my.secondlife.com and get the same result.  My friends who use firestorm can see her profile.

It's possible to use settings to keep others from seeing the "web" profile that the Linden Lab viewer and some non-Firestorm viewers use. Firestorm generally uses the old pre-web "Legacy" profiles which aren't blockable the same way.
