Hello...Before I could not login, now I can log in but I have not been online for more than 5 minutes !! This message keeps appearing, my avatar does not move, I can change region and even loads very fast, but my avatar does not walk! Support is helping me out, but I know there are a lot of people with the same problem, so I know it takes a while to answer everyone ... if anyone can give any tips, I would be grateful !! 3 days now with this issue!

This is usually an issue with your internet connection being insufficient or unstable. Check with your service provider for service issues, and if you are on wireless, try plugging into your router with sn ethernet cable instead.

Thanks for ur reply Matty!
That's what LL told me too, I did all the tests and called the carrier, everything is ok. I was able to log in with the internet slower and still could play quietly! I can even change the clothes of the avatar, walk in some regions, but when I open the inventory soon I'm logged out! Last week I couldn't log in at all! Then they said it was something in my inventory, and then it was resolved! I was able to log in for 4 days after this problem! In the last 3 days I am now logged out!

I am having this issue at the moment. I get logged out after 2-3 minutes stating the same dialog box.  It has started to happen about 10 hours back and  still continues. I have 100 MBPS broadband speed. It should be enough for SL I guess.

Do you have any remedy for it? If there is a remedy then please help me with it.

Your speed to the hub point closest to you is rather meaningless - check your speeds between your home and Tuscon Arizona and/or (I think) San Francisco.

Beyond that the potential factors vary and can be anything from your actual machine/router/modem to packets being lost between you and the LL server systems.

I've seen many posts from people who have used a simple speedtest, which has returned good figures for speed and ping, without realising that they are only testing from their computer to the nearest decent server selected by the testing site. This will often be the nearest major population centre, and might be only a few miles away!

It is essential to use a global speed test that will give an option of where to test to - something like Ookla does the job. I usually choose Tucson, but pretty well well any Arizona destination will give a reasonable idea of what is really going on.

(

A typical ping from the UK to Arizona will be in the order of 160 - 200ms)

The problem may not be with your internet though you will want to change your speed test server to one in Arizona (Tucson) where the SL servers are located. There is the possibility you have a flat inventory or other inventory related problem which support will be able to sort out for you send a ticket
