Market place question - listing enhancement -

Hi. I just ordered a listing enhancement and notice it is not added to the category that I choosed. I wanted something in category "shapes". Actually it is shown in "shapes >other shapes". Hard to imagine for me that I clicked so much wrong. However, everying is possible. Nonetheless I wonder, if the market place moderation perhaps chooses a category in case they think the item doesn't fit in the one where the merchant wants the enhancement to appear? I ordered the enhancement for 15 days. So I'm not happy to have it at the worng place. Any option to correct the category?

I did find this on a quick search though so maybe it will help.

Managing your existing listing enhancements

To manage your listing enhancements:

  1. Go to the Marketplace.
  2. Click My Marketplace > Merchant home.
  3. Click Manage subscriptions on the left, or click Inventory tab > Manage subscriptions. The Subscriptions page shows the details of all your listing enhancements, including where each item is featured, its renewal period, and its current status.
  4. Find the listing enhancement you want to change.
  5. Click Edit on the right.
  6. You can now edit your listing enhancement. To cancel your listing enhancement at the end of the current time period, click Don't renew.
  7. To renew a listing enhancement that you have canceled, click Reactivate.
  8. To cancel your listing enhancement effective immediately, with no refund for time remaining, clickDelete.
Important: Listing enhancements renew automatically! If you only want to advertise your item for a specific time period, follow the instructions for cancelling your listing enhancement.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I read how to manage enhancements. I don't want to cancel it. 15 days at the wrong place...please no. lol  I want it in the correct category. But seems as a user I cannot do that. Probably I have to contact the support.  See you. :)

Greetings!

I have moved this thread to the Merchants section. 

The seller picks the PLE category.  It is very possible that there was, for the want of a better term, lag on the web page and a miss click resulted in the wrong category being chosen. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to move a PLE to a different category, you can however delete/terminate the PLE and then submit a Marketplace Support - Product Listing Issues ticket and provide us with the MKT Order Number for the PLE charge and as long as the PLE is terminated/deleted, we will be happy to issue a refund to your account. 

If you terminate the PLE & submit the ticket within 24 hours, we will be able to issue a refund for the full amount.  After 24 hours, we can only issue a pro-rated refund for the unused days.

Thank you for your response and moving the thread, Dakota. Sounds fair. Well, I already contacted the market place support. Without result yet. Too bad that I didn't read your reply before.  I deleted the PLE and used the already open ticket to submit the MKT number.  Hope that is ok.
