Item not copying to Inventory

I bought an item from Marketplace, when I rez the box and open it, I can see the item is there but it won't copy to my inventory,  Any suggestions on how to fix this issue or why it is happening?

Try again, it is not constant so you may get lucky but either way they will fix the issue eventually and that should make it so you can get it into your inventory,

 

If the box is rezzed try dragging it from the contents to your land maybe you could rez it inworld that way. It does not always work but sometimes I have had that work.
