Protected water on all sides

Based on the map it is "protected" on one side. Protected means Linden-owned land that others cannot build on. I am seeing other parcels to the East, South, and West of your on the map, so only the north side is "protected" from resident building.

Thanks for taking a look  There are waterways on each side that are linden owned so no one can build directly next to the lot. One side is open water and the 3 others are just narrower waterways.

Yes I understand. Though in SL lexicon, "Protected" refers to the view. Just saying. It's a nice spot, just not what I'm looking for. I'm sure it will sell soon.
